The Visual Road has participated in the twentieth solo exhibition of the Mexican artist Ernesto Ríos in Melbourne.
We collaborated in the design, logistics and curatorial process of this project.
Maze-Lab was presented in one of the most emblematic buildings in Melbourne, the Design Hub (RMIT University).
Rios, after having finished his PhD studies in Visual Arts have created the first interactive thesis of Australia in an E-book format for electronic tablets at the RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology).
The multidisciplinary artist presented a selection of works that included paintings, used matches, drawings, photographs and interactive artworks such as the star of the exhibition: The Sand’s Clock.
Maze-Lab gathers artistic works based on labyrinthine structures generated within the conceptual framework of a ludic interactive laboratory, which invites the public to participate directly.
